Shipping Policy
All orders will ship in 2-3 business days from date of order confirmation. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or U.S. holidays. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes. If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped please email us with your order number through the contact page : Contact Us
We use the shipping address you have entered on our checkout form, so please make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for errors in your shipping information. If a package has the wrong address it can take some time until it is returned to us before we can re-ship or refund your purchase. We can only do this once the package has been returned. If the package needs to be re-shipped there will be a new shipping fee.
In rare instances please allow an additional 20 days for packages that are taken into customs or the mail service in the destination country is slow. These unexpected delays are beyond our control.
